EXPECT SHIPMENT DELAYS

Expect some delays with the shipment during busy seasons as Canada Post works hard with the increased service demand with delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you.

SHIPPING

All items ship through Canada Post.

Premade items ship between 3-5 business days after the order and payments are secured and 2-3 weeks for custom orders (may take longer during the busy season).  For local customers, please select local pickup at checkout.

 

Shipping service varies depending on your area or country. 

If you need the items on a specific date, give yourself enough time to purchase and receive your order.

 

I take no responsibility for the item(s) once they are shipped as I have no control over them when they are out of my hands.

If the order has not arrived after 6 weeks from the shipping date, please contact me. 

 

The customer is responsible for paying any additional international or custom fees.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

I do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. Please contact me if there are any problems and I will do my best to work out a solution. Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Should a return is required, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and the refund will be issued once the item is received. They must be received in their original brand new condition or the refund is forfeited. Sale and custom items are final sales.
